Annular cutting, explained

Cut the ring, not the whole hole.

ALLCUT is the pioneer of annular cutting technology in India. An annular cutter cuts only the circumference of the hole; the core comes out as one solid slug.

    Less metal to cut

    Only a ring of material is removed, so holes are made in a fraction of the time of twist drilling.

    Clean, accurate holes

    Multiple cutting edges leave round, accurate holes with fewer burrs.

    Less heat in the cut

    Smooth chip evacuation keeps heat build-up to a minimum.
